Editor note: I do not know when this was made or for what purpose.  Many of these well made and marked English plates were produced in the 20th century.  The Civil War example shown in Mullinax book differs from this in many material respects.  Piece was rejected, I am working off of pictures so have not handled this plate.  It is highly doubtful this plate can be shown to be authentic.
