S Buckley & Co., Birmingham England
Samuel Buckley & Co was an established English producer, their backmark was used only on Confederate staff and general service buttons.
Most information on this page is from Tice's book, Dating Buttons..., the pictures are generally from buttons that I have handled.

Backmark: "S. BUCKLEY & Co / (dot) BIRMINGHAM (dot) " dm outer
ring of dots, inner solid ring. Mark is similar to the original but
employs a distinct modern font style without serifs, believed to be English
produced for the 1960's centennial.
