Confederate waist belt plate, sheet brass
Construction is small size sheet brass, flimsy plate.
Iron hooks soldered to back missing, small break at lower right corner is from
hard field use, this buckle made it to the last battle in Winchester and was
found in the Confederate lines from the famous cavalry charge.
Found by Harry Ridgeway, Third Battle of Winchester
Plate measures 44mm X 65mm
