All artillery items listed have been disarmed and rendered inert.
Any excavated relics have been recovered from private property with owners permission.

Stafford shell,
brass disc sabot, Ordnance rifle, 3 in.
The Stafford shell with unique brass sabot bolted onto the shell, was
patented 1864, produced as the conflict ended and none were used on the
battlefield.
Stafford percussion fuse intact marked "N / FA 95" sabot intact, metal
quality outstanding.
Diameter 2.96 inch, length 8.25 inch

The Stafford shell with unique brass
sabot bolted onto the shell, was patented 1864, produced as the
conflict ended and none were used on the battlefield. Sabot intact, metal
quality good minimum pitting.
